1. Kanaklata Mahila Sabalikaran Yojana: This flagship scheme, under the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission, aims at paving the way to generate sustainable livelihood among women in rural areas by forming 1 lakh SHGs covering about 10 lakh households. The scheme was launched in 2018. The scheme will provide for the collective development of women in rural Assam by raising their standard of living and boosting their confidence to take up measures for economic development and reduce poverty and unemployment problems.
2. Swahid Kushal Kunwar Sarbajanin Bridhya Pension Achani: Assam chief minister SarbanandaSonowal 2nd October 2018 launched an ambitious pension scheme — Swahid Kushal KonwarSarbajaninBriddha Pension Achoni — covering all senior citizens of the state that will entail an annual expenditure of Rs 400 crore. State level targets (2018-19) 2 lakh beneficiaries and achievements- 1.57lakh beneficiaries.
3. Atal Atma Sansthapan Yojana: This is a self employment generating scheme with Rs 5 Crores for providing Self Employment grants to Educated Youths. This was announced in the budget of 2018-19.
4. Construction of Blocks of Community toilet: This is a component under SBM-U launched by Government of India on 2nd October 2018.
